Where is my order

I ordered an iPad last week and I still have no updates on the order. When i log in to track the order it says dispatched but no dispatch date.

You'd need to give our customer services team a call so they can cancel the current order and place another one if you do want to change @Annabelle86
Looking at the current stock, there is a wait on all of the 64GB iPad 2024 versions, but the Blue, Yellow and Silver versions have a 7 day wait.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your iPad, especially if it shows dispatched on the tracking.
Which iPad model, including colour and storage size, did you order?
Is the order number starting with XKO, EE or SOO? Please don't put the full order number here.

When last week was the order placed?
That model is showing that orders placed from lunchtime on 11th December had a estimated dispatch time of more than 28 days.
Even if it was earlier in the week, the expected guidance time was up to 14 days.

It was ordered on 11th December but it was showing as in stock, I was then assured on the EE help chat that it would definitely arrive before Christmas. Is there any way I can change the product to something else that is in stock?
