Order phone ee have taken the £30 deposit but received no email to confirm order had been successful

What device did you order?

If it was online, when you got to the end of the order, did you see a confirmation screen with an order number?

It was on facebook but it was there page with the blue check

You'd not be able to place an order on our Facebook page. Did you click on an advert which took you to the EE website? @Paulangeloluzon
