Where and when will I get my sim?

@Gaza5589  no one here who knows who you are no one here knows when you ordered it no one here knows whether you ordered a SIM card or an eSIM,  this is a public forum not customer services so exactly what did you order and when ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B mentioned, we don't have access to your account to check the order via this public forum, but I definitely want to make sure we help point you in the right direction.

When was it you placed your order, and did you get a confirmation email?

@Gaza5589 , SIM cards are sent out by second class post, so depends how quick the post is in delivering it to you, but if you are near a  n EE high street store and have photo ID, you can get one there quicker.
