We have just moved to EE TV and can’t seem to be able to watch tv on the iPad.  It says connect to the tv box which we have but still won’t let us view the program …?

Any ideas ??

Hi @Theresa60

Welcome , the EETV app and what if delivers can be confusing even for experience users.

Have a look at

https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/EETV-App-and-Web-player

make sure you log as described and see the list of channels (in that link I posted that are actually available to watch) within the app.

(Channels that are not watchable in the app are listed within the app guide/schedule as the app can be used to set recordings for those programmes on a linked EETV box).

Note that any  Now (Sky) channels included in your EETV package are viewable buy using the relevant app (NOW)  on your ipad , Also thev main Public Sector Broadcaster channels are normally viewable on thier own apps (iPlayer/ITV x/4/5 on the ipad.
