Upgrade gone wrong

Hi All, 

I've upgraded my contract 2 weeks ago via app and phone was sent to me by DPD.

They try to deliver my phone 5 times but I was at work 3 times and then  booked holiday just to be at home when they will come again. DPD driver as me for pin code which wasn't sent to me and I've even told him I didn't receive any emails or messages from they about delivery or pin.

Today when I've try to track my phone on Dpd Web is showing that it's sent back to EE.

What I can do now?

Why DPD is causing so much issues?

I need help.

Sorry for your troubles, but I can’t see that DPD is at fault. They made 5 attempts. Their app lets you track and make other arrangements. You’ll have to ring EE now but expect delays if the return hasn’t been logged yet.
