False information on offers

Hi. Just went through upgrade and when I was choosing phone S24 Ultra it's say that I can claim Watch7. After putting an order I found out that you need to buy eligible phone before 5th of December. Why there is wrong advertising on your shop?

I am sorry to hear you have had an issue with the shop showing an expired offer, we do always aim to keep the offer up to date. I have checked the website and app shop and it does look like it is not showing any reference to the Watch7 offer any longer, is it still showing for you? 

I appreciate it will be disappointing and may have lead to a change of mind on the contract, if it has not been delivered yet you can call us on 150 to request the order be cancelled, if it has been delivered you can request a return here  EE returns form | Help | EE if you no longer wish to keep the  contract without the watch offer.

It literally did say before 5th Dec, it was an extension of their cyber monday. Sorry you didn't see it, but I know it was, definitively, on their Web site.

Only, Because I had to get a lift, as i'd originally planned to go in on the Friday, 6th I think.

IT WAS, written quite small. it was also a different colour, and it was in between the watch picture, and the watch name.

Sorry man, I made it by a DAY, and ONLY because I noticed the 'before 5th Dec' text.....

I wish you the best, I'm sorry you missed out (I've got nothing to do with either company, just a fellow purchaser and human enough to(sorry can't remember if it's sympathy or empathy) to) feel bad, that you spent 1.5k and didn't get what you were expecting and had been lead to believe you'd get, because you missed, a small 3 or 4 word restriction.

I hope you have a good Christmas, and a better start to the new year, than the last month of this one.
