EE have now tried too stet  wanted  Iflexi plan  5 times and  I wanted and everytime it did not work so they have. They took all the delivery charges out my account roughly 50 pounds then the said I have the wrong address registered . I want my money back

Be easier if you just said that too start with as I’ve only moved in my new house  2 days ago. So I want my money back please . That ive spent on delivery of a phone im not even getting and will keep ringing you everyday till i get it back or Make formal complaint

it’s cost me 45 pounds now in orders that didn’t go through it’s a joke

Hi @Boltonrocks12,

I am sorry to hear you have been having trouble trying to place an order with us. If the money has actually been taken, the transaction has completed then a guide should be able to request a refund for you if they have not already done so, a card refund should take 1-4 days to appear back in your bank.

If the transactions are pending transactions rather than completed transactions, then no money will have actually been taken and the pending transaction would disappear from your bank without going out, the time it takes for a pending transaction to disappear can differ between banks.
