Order missing from my account

Hi on Friday Ive made order for Iphone 16 Pro Max. Everything went well Ive paid upfront cost recieved confirmation email. Today Ive spoken with EE CS and it turns out that order was never added to my account money has been taken from my account and put on hold. CS told me that they can add order to my account but i would have to pay upfront cost again. Is this a joke? Why send confirmation email when the order doesnt exist as its turns out

There is no account access on these forums. 

Its likely your original order will be cancelled and the amount paid reimbursed, hence the second order will need the payment. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask for clarification.
