I ordered a phone on the 7th and still have had no further update since then. When trying to use the order tracker it says sorry it can’t track it right now it is now the 14th

Overdue delivery

Ordered a new SIM as part of a new 24 month contract and paid extra for  expedited delivery, but no sign of it five days later. Is it normal to have to wait so long, especially after being told it would arrive the following day?

Do you know how long Samsung delayed s23 fe handset as tried to upgrade yesterday but advisor on chat said that three was some issues regarding delivery of this model do couldnt go through with my upgrade. Thanks.
