i either need someone to point me to where i can contact an actual human being or somewhere to help me have my order finally processed.
i come from o2 however my family and i have decided to start using ee. i purchased a phone upgrade a little over a month ago now with ee and nothings come of it until i was only recently told that apparently i actually need to contact ee to start the processing, but i genuinely just cannot get into contact with anyone whatsoever. i've cycled through the website 50 million times to absolutely no avail and the phone line doesnt have any sort of help related to what i need. i cant use the phone line for ee customers because im still on o2 as again, this order hasnt been processed because i cant contact anyone. it is so useless. somebody needs to point me to what im supposed to do

@Northerner i've already said in my original post that i've contacted them but there are literally no options to solve the problem im having.
