@Linzi_H FYI I just tried to do this, even getting to speak to someone was difficult enough then I was told it's not possible to change the address beyond a small change such as the house number. It might be worth amending the accepted answer here as it's a little misleading.
EE not really offering a fit-for-purpose service in this area tbh.
