Hello James

I have placed an order in July but shortly after I have decided to cancel the order and called one of your colleagues by phone. They informed me my deposit will be returned after 5 working days. Since then I did not receive any refund and today when I called and asked what is going on they told me that my order was not cancelled and they can’t return the deposit. Can you help please ?

Hi 

 

Thankyou for your visit. Unfortunately I have to cancel my order as Talk Talk will charge me £200 to leave them at this time. 

Just a message to say you provided great customer service and sorry I can't go ahead with the order.
