How do I cancel sin order? I have accidentally ordered 2 sim cards thinking this was a pack for my current sim.. which I still can't figure out where to find? Why is it so hard to find packs for pay as you go?

Were the 2 SIM cards ordered on pay as you go?

Did you pay anything for the SIM cards or were they free of charge?

You can buy a pack by logging into EE Online or through the EE App. 

You can also text ALL PACKS to 150 for more information about available packs, or call 150 from your EE phone.

Is it a brand new SIM Only contract or an existing number that you are moving to a new plan?

Has the new plan started yet?

It’s a brand new sim only that has started but it’s within 14 days

If you ordered online or over the phone, you can request to cancel the SIM within 14 days by texting RETURN to 150 from that SIM, or by completing the webform on our How can I return a device or SIM bought within the last 14 days? page.

I made mistake and bought sim instead of

buying my monthly data
