Hi All,
I placed a pre-order for the Nintendo Switch 2 on April 4th. The money has come out of my bank, however, I never received an order confirmation.
I have spoken with 3 different departments in EE, which none of them could find my order or help, but they did try to sell me broadband.....
One of the agents sent my email address to the online orders department, which they emailed me asking for a order number, which I replied I do not have it due to not getting a email conformation and I don't normally write or screen shot when I buy stuff as 99% of the time i get a email confirmation. They did not reply after a day, so I emailed explaining the situation again, but in better detail, the reply was blunt, stating in the previous email that he needs an order number and we don't do guest checkouts...
I replied with a screenshot of the ability to do guest checkout via the EE website and a picture of the money out of my bank, however no response.
Can someone help me get my money back, as this is ridiculous, if not I will go to my bank and do a chargeback on my Credit Card.

Just to be sure, have you been calling 08000790062, which is the direct number for all queries linked to electronics orders.
This is separate to mobile and broadband customer care, and they should absolutely be able to locate your order using your phone number and email address.
