Have you had a chance to check your spam / junk folder to see if the email has ended up in here?
Also please don't post this in full, but when you completed checkout did you get an order reference number starting with EE, XK, or SO0?

I have checked spam / junk and there is no email.
I cannot remember the reference number. I didn’t screenshot it as I expected to receive a confirmation email 😬

I contacted the number and was informed that it may take up to 5 days to receive a confirmation email for a pre-order.
I will update this thread in ~3 days with the result

5 days total have passed and I still have not received any communication.
Taking a look through other forum posts it seems this is common and a lot of other people are encountering this so there is a clearly a bigger issue at hand.
