I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product
Personally for me, being a Vodafone customer now moving to ee, it's the communication element, the downright negligence and lack of acknowledgement.
When they started undermining me around the definition of pre ordering an item, that was the part that infuriates me as ee/Samsung are at fault for not delivering the item on time, no us guys for the interpretation of pre order.
I just got the following from CS - ordered on the 10th
Thank you for confirming. I would like to inform that your order is about to dispatch and we will send you a confirmation within 24-48 hours with a delivery date. Please be assured. You can expect your delivery for this order by Tuesday 22/09/2020 🙂
So 2 hours on the phone for a Team leader to tell me
"There is already an investigation put through for you because of that I cannot comment and I cannot tell you anything and I'd advise you to refrain from calling"
I've just got off the phone to EE guy said it looks like they have stock now and that I should receive a text from dpd on Monday as they don't deliver over the weekend with dpd and if I don't receive a text to book my one hour slot by this time Monday that I should call ee back and get them to chase the order... guess its just a waiting game now may need to look at it as won't be here till mid-end October that way if it comes before then its a bonus haha
