I placed a order for ps5 and they sent me a tracking number and when I put the tracking info in it keeps saying sorry we can't show information ect

Orders placed on 19th November and 3rd of December are expected by December 15th. If, for any reason, your delivery will take longer than this we'll keep you informed by email.
