Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Is there a way of Turing it off in settings ? It’s bloody annoying 😂😂😂 I thought my phone was broken 😂😂

Starting to wonder if there has been a delay in the supply of PM, see you can order a Pro online now and get it tomorrow as its in stock, but if you was to order a PM now you've got a dispatch more than 28 days.

Yes guys there has been an delay specially in the pro max’s it can take to 28 days till we get our hands on the phones what we have ordered

I just called CS, the order failed, even though I got an email confirmation.

Nothing to be done, have to wait a month to get it.

Now my daughter does not get my old phone for her birthday like she was supposed to

they gave me a specific date. 18th October, not before.

But guess you just ordered, seems mad to be that there are orders from the 13th they haven't been able to furfill yet.

It seems to me that EE should be acknowledging that there are some big issues with their ordering system and offering appologies and some form of compensation to those affected by it. I get that they can't really do anything about the delivery times now as the pro max is probably on back order.

My complaint got me £20 credit but to be honest this delay is going to cost me more that that as I had arranged to sell my current phone however that price was only locked in for 28 days.
