hi I ordered the iphone18pm but my order number won't work even with the correct order number and email/phone

Welcome to the community,

Did you receive an email with an XKO number? Did you receive an email with a link to see updates?

Have you downloaded the DPD app, as you will receive updates from them, one on the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you show the driver before receiving your device.
