hi I ordered the iphone18pm but my order number won't work even with the correct order number and email/phone

Did you receive an email with an XKO number? Did you receive an email with a link to see updates?

Have you downloaded the DPD app, as you will receive updates from them, one on the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you show the driver before receiving your device.

I couldn’t view my order before today, but I’ve checked today and though it doesn’t load with my email, it did show using the phone number and is sat at a “Order Confirmed”.

One of my drivers ordered after me from elsewhere and is due to have it delivered today.

Unequivocally, I’m slightly jarred.

I had the same issue and then rang EE and they said it is only an order request until dispatch so it won’t work/update until then. When I ordered they said 2 weeks delivery and now they’re saying a month! Should just go direct to Apple
