iPhone 18 Pro Burgundy 256GB dispatch time?

I ordered on 16 September after accidentally smashing the back of my current iPhone.

I didn’t consider how long the wait time could be as I have never ordered an iPhone as it is launched.

Does anyone know how long it could take to be delivered? My order tracker says confirmed but isn’t at the awaiting dispatch stage yet…

I saw in another thread that EE are expecting to receive the phones in around 28 days. 

I have read in another thread that Apple expect dispatch between 13-20 October.

Welcome to the community.

If it was the iPhone 18 Pro 256GB in Burgundy, these are currently in stock and would be dispatched within a day so I would have expected that to have been sent out by now. 

If it is the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy, that is a little different as there is a wait for them. If you ordered on the 16th September, the expected dispatch time was within 21 days. 

Once the phone is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect it.

I've checked our stock page, and I can see there is a variance depending on what time you ordered the device.

Do you know roughly what time you ordered it?

If you ordered the phone on the 17th September, it may take 28 days for the phone to be delivered.

Hiya, I ordered my iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB on the 12th at like 7pm. I've heard nothing yet, I also did the trade in and have received the returns bag. I've got an SMS to say that I need to return it by the 6th of Oct, but am I likely to have my new phone by then because of the delays? Thanks!

You won't need to return your old phone until you receive your upgrade. If you haven't received the device by the 06 Oct, please get in touch with our guides and they will get the account updated for you.
Once your order's been dispatched, the courier will be in touch with tracking information.
