iPhone Duo Pre-Order

Hello, 

I was a bit late to the party but preordered the iPhone duo late Friday night. I’ve paid the upfront (which says pending in my bank) and received an email saying successful order with an XKO order number which I can use to track, however I noticed others have received texts or emails stating delivery dates etc. I haven’t received anything of the sort. I fully expect it to not arrive on release day due to it being a later order. I’ve also noticed in the tracking where others have the order confirmed and awaiting delivery circles ticked. Mine is just ticked on order confirmed and no dates issued. As seen in the photo.  Alongside this, on the app for a brief moment it said ‘your latest bill will be ready soon’ but now it says it can’t show it and they’re working on it. 

My worry is has this actually gone through? And also what if my bank returns the payment if it’s unclaimed or too long to wait?

The issues with being unable to see your bill aren't necessarily linked with the order, but it would definitely be best to get things double checked at our end.

If you give our team a call they can check to see if the order has gone through on your account, and then if needs be pass you over to our websales team that can check the XKO web order and ensure we get this put through.

My order states exactly the same & my order went through at approximately 13.10 so fingers crossed for us both that it arrives sooner rather than later 🤞
