Trying to add a sim only package to my account but when ordering the form errors out asking for an email address but there is nowhere on the form to enter one as the details are pulled in from my account (my email is my login) - completely blovked from proceeding to the next step 😞

Is it a brand new SIM that you're looking to add here, or an upgrade to an existing number with us?
Have you tried giving this a go through a different browser too, or if it's the app you're using, heading to the browser version?
