Resolved! Not receiving phone call

I have two days and noten able to receive or make phone calls.Even the advisors are not being able to contact me. I work remotely and I have been stuck in a bad position.Anyone can help me?

I'm going to be in Turkey next week. I have roaming enabled which is fine in the EU but with the cost in Turkey so high I'm planning on not using mobile data and sticking to Wi-Fi, so was going to toggle mobile data off. Roaming settings on my iPhone...
