I've just recently moved over from BT to ee. I'm on unlimited but when I try to make a call it's saying I've used my limit. I can't even rung 150 to get in touch with ee. Is there anyway to get ee to ring me

It sounds like you might've been put onto a Pay As You Go plan, but we can certainly get this fixed for you.

If you give us a call on 07953 966 150, from another line, then the team will be happy to take a look and get this sorted.
