Yesterday (1.8.24) the Wi-Fi calling stopped in my house - frustrating because I have very poor EE service here and rely on the WiFi connection to be able to work. By the evening it was back! But again today... gone. Anyone having the same problem.
I called multiple times to EE yesterday but that was challenging with only one bar of service when standing on my driveway!!! . After doing lots of checks, concluded it was a problem because of living rurally (never had an issue at the house before for the last 12 years). Thrilled that it reappeared and now back to square one..

Who concluded that WiFi-calling wasn't working "because you were living rurally"? That's the whole premise of the service and totally irrelevant for a WiFi connection.
If that was a CS agent, then I'd suggest calling back and speaking to someone competent and who is willing to follow the technical escalation process correctly.
Presumably, you can use WiFi for other internet-based functions on your phone?

@Albany5 The WiFi calling service did experience an issue this has now been resolved. Are you still having this issue?
