PAYG - EU Minutes Add-on Query

I am a PAYG customer. I'd like to know whether the EU Minutes add-on can be used for calling the UK from EU countries. If not, is there an alternative add-on that I can use.Many thanks.

Data add on not working in Turkey

Hello! I travelled to Turkey this morning and received an add on offer for £5 but realised it wasn’t valid in Turkey. The message wasn’t clear so I did not realise this after I opted in, how can I cancel the add on and receive a refund? Thanks!
