I am moving to France to live and need to keep my mobiles with EE as my contract does not expire for 18 months. I do not want to keep paying roaming charges, what can be done ?

Don't use the phones abroad. Then you would comply with the Stable Link policy of mainly using your inclusive voice, text or data usage allowances in the UK, rather than while you are roaming.

Thanks for the reply, I will not be returning to the UK. I will be living in France , my wife and I both have EE contracts SIM only so is there any way we can use our phones in France without incurring roaming costs

No, not unless you started those contracts before 07/07/21.

@Copakey The only way to use your device/s while there without any roaming costs is to get a sim from
a local network operator. Obviously you’ll be charged to call anyone back in the UK. Unless you can find a tariff that has this.

EE is a UK network operator and EE roaming services are intended for occasional use abroad, not on a long-term or permanent basis.
