no ringtone outbound with new e40. Have checked it is up to date.

Roaming in Mexico not working

My son is in Mexico and has Roaming Further or Abroad switched on but isn't getting any network when away from Wi Fi He has rebooted the phone but nothing Any clues!?  Thanks in advancePaul

Help I’m in Germany and phone says no service

Im currently in Berlin and phone jut keeps saying ‘no service’ desire data roaming being on? this has never happened before it usually just connects to alternate network whenever I go abroad? Please help! I have tried switching it on/ off etc
