Resolved! Using my phone abroad

My contract was taken out in 2020, does my allowance include roaming on my holiday in Europe?if so< is it automatic like it used to be, or do I need to do something before I go on hols? Or do I need to pay extra?

Can't make calls or send texts from Spain

Everything was fine for two days but now I can't make a call and just get a number incorrectly formatted message if I try to send a text. I can receive calls and texts tho.Can anyone help?

Can’t believe you have to go to “chat” to be able to cancel this monthly subscription! also can’t belive they don’t have a 1,2, week option, very cheeky! There’s also no info anywhere to tell u how to cancel - only how to buy.
