Unable to access emails when I leave home

I have all the relevant settings but can’t access my emails when I leave home on my iPhone. Is this because of a spend cap.

Number not yet assigned to a client

Trying to phone home from my mobile in Spain to landline in UK and keep getting a “the number you have called has not yet been assigned to a client”. Do I just need to wait?

Can't make calls or send texts from Spain

Everything was fine for two days but now I can't make a call and just get a number incorrectly formatted message if I try to send a text. I can receive calls and texts tho.Can anyone help?
