Why can’t EE send an SMS to everyone when there network is down or having issue. like today (22/06/22)I couldn’t make my mind up if it was my phone faulty a problem with my billing or as if turned out EE at fault

Resolved! Issues with roaming

Have tried to click the slider on my account to enable roaming but it goes back to red and gives a message unable to do this action at this time. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am currently on contract and I am abroad in Switzerland. I would like to add the Roaming Abroad pass so I don’t get charged £2 a day but every time I try to text 150 it says that the message wont send.
