My voicemail says it’s been under maintenence now for weeks. How do I fix this?

A few weeks ago I checked my voicemail and it says the service is under maintenance. It’s still saying this now after 2 weeks, I can’t receive any voicemails. Is this happening to anyone else?

@Lividvk  You’ll have to call customer services about this.  It might be worth asking for a line refresh.
