i have just had the worse experience with ee mobile - considering was a new customer - complaint a week ago and still not dealt with??? Have called and had pac codes -

hi,

am in the same boat have spent hours on the phone god knows how many i have spoken to, was told manager callback within 4 working days?  1 week on still waiting - this def is not excellent customer care.  Are you still waiting on your callback?
