Work phone no service abroad

I’m abroad and my work phone won’t connect to a service provider?checked all mobile data and all set upCan’t ring ee as no service and need a virtual chat team to check my account as this phone is set to another account I have and not This phone???

No service in France

I had a roaming cap on and have been on holiday in France. After the cap came into force I phoned EE asking for the cap to be removed. Spoke to technical support and call got cut off. Since then no signal whatsoever to my phone let alone mobile data....

Barred calls from barbados
