I need to call home from Greece and after dialling all I get is a message saying unauthorised entry, what am I doing wrong ?

Resolved! Roam abroad

If I use roam abroad on a monthly tariff when I am in Australia I understand my call/ message charges remain the same as in UK- but how much would it cost someone with an Australian mobile to call / message me?
