Resolved! No signal in the USA

I am in the USA & have purchased a “roam like home bundle” but I have no signal.I cannot phone - send or receive texts or data. My phone is useless unless on Wi Fi.

Resolved! Text charges abroad

I have been charged for RECEIVING 20 texts whilst travelling abroad ( Qatar and Seychelles) … £15.96.all the texts were from EE I didn’t open the texts until I got home. I was told RECEIVING texts was free.What’s happening here ?
