Hi Lesley thank you for the reply. I have the App and have looked many times in it but could not find it where you suggested. I was messing around with the app a little while ago and did finally find the location of the info and would like to mention it here so that others can find it. First you open the EE app on iOS (not sure if the interface might be different on Android?) Look at the icons on the bottom of the app. There are 5 icons. Go to the icon called manage in the centre which is 3rd from the right. Then on the new page at the very top you will see manage with some icons below it. Go to the icon called Mobile & Sims, from the drop down at the very top of the next page select your number, if you have more than one on your account, then go to the link below called See what's included in your plan.
