Still no human being contact!

Well, I have been trying to get rid of the voicemail service for a week, I text VM OFF

Then it comes back sorry there is a problem……

So after a week, oh I think I will try 150, now it says something about a visual service?

well, I try this 7 times today and nothing back from a human being.

They send me a text about voicemail with the VM OFF information! This isn’t working, so please tell me what is going on. I much prefer the old system of dialling 150, even waiting for someone to pick up.  Now, it says we will send a text first, answer it and I will get a phone call back - after 7 attempts I gave up.

Thanks for coming here. 

If you can give us another call on 150, option 2 > option 1 > option 2 > option 1 > option 1 > option 3 > continue to hold after the message stating a text has been sent then press option 9.  Our mobile care team will be able to get this looked into for you.
