Not easy to contact for help and being overcharged

Voicemail issue

I had a voicemail in my inbox, i tried to listen to it again later that day and was given the message "this voicemail is no longer available". I didn't delete it, so why would this happen?

Resolved! Plans for abroad (israel)

Are there any plans or anything that will compare to other companies £6 a day for whatever you have in the uk I know they have like an abroad package but that’s not for israel, is there another one that does support israeel? many thanks in advance

Roam Abroad Pass

Little confused with the Roam Abroad Pass. In the Terms & Conditions it states that there is a fair use policy for data of 50GB. However, in the costs section it says there is a fair use policy of 15GB. Anyone know which is correct?
