Same issue here. I'm in Seychelles for a week and is nobody able to solve this problem. Nobody can contact me and don't receive sms messages. Shame on you EE nobody cares about customers problem. That's breach of contract I'm gonna go further. Why I'm paying for the services you offer?

@MihaiDima : Which is the problem you have? You can't receive calls & texts but can make them like the OP?

@MihaiDima : Have you just ported your no.? Sounds like a port is not yet complete.

Hi @MihaiDima

@XRaySpeX could be right. Have you tried manually connecting to a different network there? It's possible it could be related to the network that you're currently connected to.

Chris

@Christopher_G : I don't think @MihaiDima is in Seychelles despite tagging on to a topic about it as they say they're making calls etc. in UK.

Sorry, I forgot & the "in UK" rather than "to UK" put me off.

They did say they're in the Seychelles for a week, I assume they're still there, @XRaySpeX.

Hopefully they can clear it up for us. 🙂

Just one of them is ported. But i have multiple phone numbers on my account and none of them are working. So can't be that the issue.

I have tried every possible way from my side and its not working. The problem is EE has a single partnered network here Airtel and i can't test another network. I think is a known network issue and if there are just a few people to complain they don't bother.

Yes I'm still here untill Saturday and i have this problem since i landed here a week ago. Ee passed my issue to level 2 technical support and since then i have received an email from them telling me to try to restart phones because is everything is ok from their side. Nothing changed its still the same but they advised me to email them updates
