Hi - we are staying at Kos and received a notice from EE saying welcome to Greece however I’ve just been billed £26 roaming charges for Turkey!! I’ve now received texts saying I’m in Turkey (I’m not) and despite best efforts my iPhone won’t connect to any of the Greece networks. Any advice appreciated and will I be refunded by EE?
cheers Dom

Hi @ChezDom
Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lovely holiday. 🙂
Kos is very close to Turkey, particularly on the north side of the island. I would recommend turning the automatic network selection off, and manually connecting to a Greek network. This should avoid future charges like this. If you need help doing that, just let me know which phone you're using.
With the charges that you have currently, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Best advice is to do a manual network search and manually select a Greek network (I believe EE let you access Cosmote and Wind in Greece) so that way it won't jump onto a Turkish network if it picks up the signal.
