Just returned from Spain. I too assumed that roaming would work automatically (I’m on EE business) as previously….last summer in Sicily, no issues.When we arrived I had no  internet connection at all. Couldn’t access the App.  Phone virtually useless...

Go Further Pass not working in USA

I’ve been in the US with a Go Further/Roam Further Pass for 24 hours but it is not working at all.  I’ve spent 1.5hrs on phone to 150, incl technical support but got cut off. I still have no data.  Can someone please get in touch to sort this out?

Hi I’m having the same issues im been charged for data but have no signal at all except maybe 5 mins im using automatic service provider as advised But 99% of the time I have no internet access at all

No data in USA despite buying £15 Roaming!

Currently in USA. Before we left UK i bought my son and I the £15 pcm text, message, roam add on. All confirmed via text message. Now here, only calls & texts via TMobile work. NO DATA!!!! Useless as in foreign city requiring maps, directions, TripAd...
