why Im I charged for phoning Ireland from England, when my contract allows me to use my phone on my plan abroad anyway?.

@Daguinness if you’re calling from the UK to a different country and it’s not a UK number then that’s an international call and these are chargeable. When you are abroad you are roaming your not roaming when within the UK .

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
