Hi there,
I ordered a SIM only contract on the 8th August 2023. My phone contracts ends today. I’ve received no SIM card through, am I right in guessing it will change over automatically? And if so when will it change over? My app isn’t telling me anything however I do have email proof that I ordered Sim Only.
any help would be appreciated, thank you.

If you're changing from a phone plan to SIM only, you don't get a new SIM card. The plan and contract changes when your phone plan runs out or after 30 days from when you requested it, if you requested to change within the last 30 days.

To add, if you request a change of plan from phone-based to SIM-only by calling CS, the change of plan is often active before you even hang up the call.
There is no need to replace a working SIM unless it has a proven fault.
