Hi,
I have made a trip to Spain today - however I do no seem to have any Neto work. Is there any issues or do I need to make any changes to my current settings ?

Using your phone abroad is called roaming, the process to activate roaming differs between pay-monthly & PAYG.
PAYG is auto-enabled once you use the phone in the UK first.
Pay-monthly phones need to be manually enabled, by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.
If you travel abroad without roaming enabled, you will face a lack of network coverage. If on pay-monthly, you can contact CS from another means, to request it activated.

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?
If you are a pay monthly customer did you activate roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150?
