Roaming Not Connecting

I'm in Portugal. Roaming is on. Spend cap is set. I also bought the months roaming pass. Doesn't even connect. Just see EE EMERGENCY calls / No service.  Please help. Tried twitter last night. Still no re espone

Hi, I accidently text ROAM EU instead of ROAMING to 150 when in the USA, and now I can't message 150 again to sort out travel dataAnd the app is down.Any suggestions to data?
