Roaming in Tenerife

I think I've dropped a clanger and forgot to send "roam" to 150 before travelling, can this be activated at all now I'm already here ?

There used to be a way to online chat, but they seem to have done away with it, or at least made it impossible to find since they got rid of the actual app and put you on a poorly equipped website instead 😞

The ROAMING text to 150 is what enables your phone to connect to foreign networks, if you are abroad without having done this - your only recourse now is to contact CS from another means, and request it enabled.

You can either use another phone, or a web-calling app such as Skype - over a WiFi connection.

How do you get hold of them via Skype ?

Not that I'll be able to remember my login, it's been about 13 years since I last used it :-}

You would need to call using the free phone number. 

Please could you confirm if you have access to social media such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter?

Yes, while I'm in the hotel I'm able to use their WiFi thanks, I'll try to get in touch via one of those methods, thanks

Do you have any idea what the usual response time is on Twitter, I contacted them at 8am and it's now 1pm ?

Hopefully this has now been resolved in seconds via live chat, still response from Twitter, if that highlights any issues...
