How do I set up MMS on my S20?

I have used the https://setup-ee.wdsglobal.com/ to install and set up MMS for my Galaxy S20, however when I try to send an MMS message it never goes through and returns the message "Not supported by network"

How can I get this to work?  I have tried sending myself a MMS and got the same result.

Yes I have used the photo message set up.

It's a US number, ee customer service said I needed credit and that was all, but now I have credit and still get the same error message.

Are you in the UK at the moment, @SarahJones3?

I am also having this issue with a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. I am trying to send MMS but it comes up with the message 'MMS not supported by network'

Hi @StaffsDFU,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you tried updating your settings at EE Setup (wdsglobal.com)?

James

Yes I tried this before posting on here and the message which didn't send before still didn't send after I updated.

I am using a PAYG SIM for it, and I added £20 credit which gave me a bundle.

Hi @StaffsDFU

You would need credit to send picture messages.

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?

Leanne 🙂
