Re: Landed in the USA. No network to call. How can I contact EE to activate roam

I have the same issue. Although I set up the further roaming option before leaving the UK. I cannot get in touch with EE as I can't connect to any network and ee chat is not working. Any further help available please?

Neeta Green has the £15 international roaming been set up on Sat 29/07 in the evening for my phone as £15 has been paid by friend. Please confirm.

I have paid for global texts but they are not sending so feel it is a complete waste of money.I can receive texts and make/receive calls but can’t text. i had an an advisor helping who gave me his email but he is now not responding
