Hello I’m in the USA but my phone is not work can someone help me

Do you have the roam further pass? Also have you tried manually selecting a mobile network? That can be found in connections, mobile network and de selecting automatic. At&t is supposed to be the better option over there. Also do you have a zero spend cap? Having min £10 I believe is reccomended. also text RO USA to 150 to activate worldwide roaming if it hasn't been done already

RO USA doesn't activate roaming on your a/c; it just tells you the roaming rates. It's ROAMING to 150 while still in UK that you needed.

Hi I am on holiday in Zimbabwe I requesting my mobile to be put on Roaming for next 4 days please thank you .
