Can not receive calls

Can not receive calls but can still make them.Not on flight mode. Not on do not disturb mode.Have taken out and replaced my sim.Still a problem.Have tried calling EE but on turn phone for over an hr and still in a queue. 

My sim doesn't work in austria

I bought it at Uk, it works in uk but it doesn't work in czech, austria.

Need help paid for roaming this morning now can’t make calls or receive calls and when I try to ring it’s in Turkish saying can’t make calls

Bank spending alerts

I've stopped getting spending alerts from my bank. I've been onto the bank and they say everything is ok at their end. My notifications are on. Nothing has changed on my phone.

why all of sudden,my friends can't call my mobile

when they called, it says ''sorry, the number you called is not available'', i haven't blocked my friends numbers or change any setting.
